We went in to look at Buick Enclaves. We went in to talk to Monte Campbell, but he was busy with a customer at the time. A salesperson, named Amanda, came out and helped us by answering questions that we had. She took the initiative to take over and offer us a test drive when we think she didn't have to and leave it to Mr. Campbell. She convinced us to think about it some more and we came back the very next day to complete the deal with Mr. Campbell. After the purchase, we had a little trouble with the free XM radio trial subscription. I called Mr. Campbell and he was unable to resolve the issue. The next day, Amanda called me and helped me get the radio going even after playing a little phone tag.
