I had an appointment for 10:30. Arriving at 10:20 , I hoped to be out by 11:30. Didn’t get out until 1. That is entirely too long for an oil change and tire rotation. The representative was nice. Someone needs to look into your appointment scheduling

My problem was handled quickly and properly. Disappointed that GMC doesn’t get ahead of the problems they know that’s happening with the trucks. I wouldn’t have been stuck in traffic for an hour

Actual service performed on the vehicle was spot on, no issues or complaints. Customer service representative was awful, he actually managed to reset the bar for awful, but I fear he wasn’t alone it was a team effort. There was a large power failure due to storms which took out internet in the area. Service team completed service on truck, while service representative sat around doing nothing, using internet outage as an excuse to do nothing. No one came up with a plan how to deal with completed vehicles and get customers back on the road. Hussein my rep actually came over, shrugged his shoulders saying “there’s nothing we can do systems down, you’re just gonna have to wait, your trucks been ready for about 1/2 hour”. Fortunately the young lady working what I believe to be parts counter behind us heard this and got involved. She mentioned a credit card authorization form I could fill out allowing Hussein to charge my card later when system was back up. Took about 5 minutes to find and fill out a form. Yay team! Right up til when Hussein hands me my keys and says your truck is parked out front, I sorta look at him and repeat out front, like out front in the pouring rain? He responds yes it should be out there in the first row. A few moments later he realizes his mistake and tries to correct, too late Sir you’ve just lost a customer. Fortunately this was my last complimentary service from the vehicle purchase as I will never be back to GAY GMC service. I see the box below asking my permission to publish my response…..YES please publish this response, let others see the failure. I’ve received 3 surveys so far and look forward to more.

The process of buying my new truck was quick and didn't have to hang around all day and everyone was friendly.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Gay going back 20 plus years. Kevin is an awesome owner that makes everyone feel comfortable with the dealership. The sales staff are always so friendly and I have always felt welcome when I would come by for service of my vehicles and walk to look at new suvs in the lot. Then Jimmy and Lee helped me find a new SUV. They helped me get what I needed and gave me a deal that I couldn't refuse. Kevin made sure the numbers worked and as always treated me with respect even though I wasn't buying a 100000.00+ vehical. So I have to conclude that no dealership is perfect but these folks come very close.

For over 40 years, I have been doing business with Gay’s. I have always received excellent service. I needed to purchase a new car quickly and made 1 phone call to the sales manager and went immediately to check out and drive several Buicks. I was able to purchase and pick up the car the next day. My sales consultant, Kristyn, was very helpful and patient! I am so pleased with my new car! It is great working with people who make the purchase experience so smooth and easy. I highly recommend our hometown dealership!

The dealership was great; however the stalled experience horrible. I was in a busy drive thru during rush hour and I could not move my vehicle while waiting an hour for a tow truck. The dealership advised me that there is no way (?) to put the truck in neutral when stalled like that. What happens if this happens again and the circumstances are worse such as a busy intersection or stopped on a highway in traffic. Sure, get out of the vehicle but also abandoning it while I wait on a tow truck is not good. When I bought this truck 2 years ago it was between the GMC and Toyota for me and I went with the GMC. At this time I am strongly considering trading the truck in and getting a Toyota. I have plans to pass this truck down to a kid and I cannot have a new driver teen go through this in a bad intereftion or highway

Cesar did an excellent job, with helping us to order the Buick we needed and helping us throughout the entire build and delivery process. The one issue I had was with the insulting low ball first offer for the trade in, if I had not ordered the vehicle, I would have been tempted to walk out the door.

Roland did a great job without any high-pressure sales. we had decided between two models and Roland was very patient with showing us both and explaining all the features of each model. we decided on a vehicle then proceeded with the pricing and trade-in. that all went smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to others and will return myself in the future.

Tommy made it easy to shop for my car and was extremely helpful after the purchase. He called me to let me know that he pulled off the easy tag from my trade in. When I picked it up I asked him if he could walk me through all the features in my car again. He very patiently walked me through it again and told me if I ever have any questions just come on back or give him a call. He also helped me download the Buick app and again patiently walked me through it. I really appreciated all his help and he seemed happy to help.

Received a very specific quote on the phone for a brake job - $833.94 plus tax. When I picked up the car the invoice showed $1032.86 but they’d applied a $100 “senior discount” bringing the total to $932.86, still $100 over the quote. Tech told me it was because of the brake fluid flush. If that is a normal charge it should be included in a quote, I was shopping the prices beforehand. Tech who checked me in said to print out coupons from the dealer’s website and they would be honored, tech who checked me out refused, said I would have needed to click on the website to have them considered. Refused to update my email on file for GMA Rewards. Previous similar experience. Had a coupon from the dealer for $74.95 for an oil change. When I picked up the car the bill was $101.79. Invoice shows oil change $86 plus supplies $12 plus tax. Dealer needs to work on transparency and consistency,

I appreciated very much the fact that I came in pretty late on a Friday evening, 6:30, and both the sales and financing staff stayed until the deal was done, 9:30, after the dealership was closed. Although I could tell folks wanted to leave, I was never rushed through the process. That’s the good. Now the bad. I know dealer “add-on’s” are a profitable and necessary evil these days, but if you’re gonna charge me for them they should at least be installed on the vehicle I’m buying. I was told they were (locking lug nuts and security etching stickers), they were not. It should never fall upon the customer to figure these things out nor should the customer have to come back on their time, point it out and have it taken care of. It was, of course, takes care of. But it makes me wonder how many less observant customers get ripped off? Very poor indeed!

I thought this was a dealership that appreciated my business. But the new service manager they have now in my opiniion does not care. He does not return calls, does not follow company protocol when a vehicle is brought in for service. I asked for copy of the paper work the service advisor Matthew requested that I sign which stated what damage or scratches the vehicle might have.. He did not even get up and go look at the vehicle but yet he wanted me to sign paper work about vehicle damage. I asked him for a copy and he reply the didn't give that till you picked up your vichicle.. Of course that not good with me then he said I could not prove anything he said., so I just told him you don't know if I recorded what you said with my phone and he didn't like that at all. Then the service manger asked if they had my keys and I told him yes then told me to leave. So I call the General Manager of the dealership ,then he got with the service manager and then he sent photo of the vehicle saying no damager on vehicle 2 hours later So when I picked up the vehicle from a recall where the changed the oil they did not reset the oil mileage and I asked for the general Manager of the dealership to do a walk around of the vehicle and he said of course he would. So we did and they had a scratch on the front right side of the bumper which I know was there. which I asked the General Manager guess you have to fix that damage. He reply was Yes I guess we will because it not noted on thne paper work. I told him thhat it was already on the car but if I would hadn't asked for a copy of the paper work that he requested I sign the service advisor would had said it was already damaged if it had happen there or not in my on opinion, because he already said I couldn't prove what he said before. The General manager said he would handle it so I hope he does. Just like I told the general manager it all reflects back on him. I have had good service at this dealership before but with the service manager and this service advisor I question it. So use your judgement and get copies of paperwork when you drop vehicle off. They claim they have all good reviews. So in my opinion if you think they gave you good service give them a good review but if not please give them a bad review .That how the general manager finds out about things by the reviews being wrote. He said he reads every review wrote and I do think that he does read all of them. I know some people will just go somewhere else to get service and I do understand, but take the time to send a review with the issue you had so they can try to address it. This is not the first time with back service from these same to people. So like I said my opinion these two gentlemen give the dealship a bad name.and they think they are un touchable. So if you have a bad event please write a review about it, that the only way things will change.

They answer the phones quickly and get you to the right department.i try to speak to John Broughton as he is the one I have dealt with since I bought my truck. He gets me in and my vehicle gets what it needs and is usually done before the amount of time they originally told me it would be. This is a great place and also close to my home and if I need a shuttle.

Gay GMC replaced my rim without issue, and I picked up the truck on Saturday 6/21. On 6/21 I showed the service rep that my Front Collision Avoidance system (FCA) still does not work, despite Gay saying they had fixed it many months ago. I am still waiting on a response from Gay GMC when they will fix my (FCA) On the (FCA), months ago Gay had to order a new camera that took a long time to get from GMC, then they replaced the camera and said the (FCA) was fixed, but it was not. It is very frustrating that I bought the vehicle new from Gay GMC, and it is under warranty, but I have gotten nowhere on getting the (FCA) working.

The team in the service department always gives me great service. I do appreciate that the person I normally deal with, Matthew Gilchrease knows me and goes out of his way to make sure that my GMC gets taken care of properly. If he is busy the other service advisors are quick to step in and help until Matthew is free. I purchased another oil change plan this last visit which had I been dissatisfied with their service I would have never considered. Gay GMC has been a very good dealership from top to bottom.

The hummer ev I purchased had several scratches on it when I purchased and they were going to fix it and after it took it back they buffed the scratches out but they are still there. Just not happy with a driving around a 100k truck with a lot of scratches when it was a new vehicle.

The customer service was top notch, and attention to detail executing on my requests from test drives to finances were handled professionally and more important efficiently by Trey Hoot, Steve & Gerardo. I have bought multiple vehicles from Gay and I am always satisfied with the experience. I advised Trey I wanted to waste little to no time at the dealership, he sent me the electronic credit application, I filled it out and within minutes I was approved. We settled on final price and down payment and he called me 20 minutes later advising I could come in to sign the paperwork and take possession. From the time I arrived, signed paperwork, went to finance and took possession was under an hour.

My experiences with Gay GMC have all been very positive with the exception of my third oil change. My oil filter had not been tightened properly and I ended up with a dinner plate sized oil stain in my driveway. I got under my truck and tightened the oil filter myself. I returned from my fourth oil change and service made a note of what happened last time and make sure that everything was as it should be. I understand that people get in a hurry at times and mistakes can happen. Overall, I’m very pleased and will return to Gay for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Angel in service department.

My experience was terrible. I went to get my oil change on my truck and it took almost 3 hours. Next after waiting for 3 hours and finally getting my truck back on my way home; I noticed oil spilled out of the truck onto my garage and under my truck an hour later after arriving home. I now have oil stains on my concrete as a reminder of this mess. To insult me further I realized after arriving home they did not rotate my tires but charged me for the service. My payment was $113 for oil change and tire rotation when it should have been $76.94 for this service according to their website. I hope Gay GMC learns from this mistake and refund my money back for terrible service.

My experience was great. I was early for my appointment and they treated me as if I were right on time. They started my service right away and I was out earlier than expected.

Visit to the dealership was fine. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

1st issue: Before I got to the dealership I did not have any issues with my Tire pressure sensors. When I got my keys after service, one of them was reading incorrectly. I don't understand how that happens after a tire rotation. 2nd issue: Once I left the dealership, I came home and parked my truck. 10 minutes later I go to leave and see a puddle of oil under the truck. I crawled under there to see what it could be. I noticed alot of oil is all over the suspension components directly below the filter. Nothing was wiped off after the filter was replaced because there was still road grime on everything. Now I have a nice stain on my concrete due to this.

Mr Dommert and Mr Leatherman was very helpful on me buying a new truck.

Well if I must say they don’t stand behind the vehicles. I got this truck and it’s given me problems since I had it. It had recalls on it and the bottom line is I don’t want it. It’s not safe for me nor my family.

Matthew always takes care of my issues. Because the car would not start at home they gave me the number of a tow truck driver that came to the house to get the car started. I was able to drive the car to the dealership to be checked out and the driver of the tow truck followed me to make sure I didn't have any issues.
